Shipping in general
Shipment is done by the contractor UPS (http://www.ups.com) and GLS (http://www.gls-group.eu).
Depending on the chosen tariff, delivery time within Germany is 1-2 days. For shipments abroad, delivery time depends upon the geographical location.

German Parcel (German Parcel Logistik)
GLS supports us in the field of foreign shipments and the delivery of packages to non-EU countries. GLS distinguishes themselves by good cooperation with local parcel services abroad.

Specifications for Shipment to Switzerland and Norway:
Delivery will be made to Switzerland and Norway without a German VAT (Value Added Tax).
However, tariff costs and their tax will be taken directly from the respective delivery service.
