How to Order - Ordering Process

Choose articles:
For order or calculation, click on the button to the right in the article. The package symbol shows you in which production style your article can be produced.

Article data:
In the step "Order data" you can choose "production time, circulation, motif number, payment method and shipping." In the service step, the option of a proof is available. More information about proofs can be found here.

|
Shopping cart:
The cart allows you a general overview of your selected articles. Under the headings "position, detail, description, edition and individual and total price" you'll get information about the options for the articles you´ve selected. The heading "action" gives you the possibility to "change" or "delete" selected articles.

|
Contact information:
In the step "Contact information," enter your access data (if not present) for your login. Should you still not have any login access data (username, password), please register in the rubric "customer data." Afterwards you can begin the ordering process.
With the option "newsletter" you have the possibility to receive current information.
After successful selection, you´ll receive a list of your customer data and the possibilty to make changes to your sender´s, shipping, and billing address (for a fee).

Data transfer and check
Here you have the possibility to choose an available data validation under the rubric "data service." Through selected data validation, typographical errors can be detected before printing. Details of the extent of the respective data validation can be found here.
With one click on the button "next," you can quickly and easily transfer your desired data with the integrated file upload (to transfer the print data) to us. For a faster upload, we recommend compression of the data into a ZIP file. Compression programs can be found here.

Uploading data:
After selecting your data by clicking on the field "browse" and clicking on the button "upload data," the progression window will show you the remaining time of your print data transfer. This opens a separate pop-up window.
!Please Note! Not all browsers allow pop-ups. The block pop-ups function should be turned off before uploading. Upon successful uploading, a thumbnail of your print file appears. Depending on the size of your file, the provision of this thumbnail can take a certain amount of time. The "data upload" progression window doesn't contain this extra time.

Order data / confirmation: After the transfer is finished there appears a summary of your order. It contains the order number, customer number and order details. In the rubric "order status", you'll find all orders under a customer number, you can also check the status of your orders. The order confirmation that we will also send you per e-mail, you can also download under "order status". If you haven't received the e-mail with the confirmation order, please also have a look at the spam folder / filter system of your e-mail program.
