Why can the products permanently offered be so favorable?

By pooling together print jobs to form larger print orders, consistently using the latest technology, and integrating PDF workflow from CTP (Charge Transfer Photography) to  printing machines to shipping, we can produce more efficiently and more quickly. The resulting savings we obtain are passed directly to you.

What is "upload," actually?

An upload is the opposite of a download. When you upload data, you transfer it from your computer to our server. Special software is not necessary.

Can flyertaxi.de also create my layout?

You may also let us create your layout. For detailed offers, simply send us an e-mail or give us a call. Alternatively, you can also create your design (e.g. business cards) on this website and order them immediately.

Can I pick up print products myself?

Collection is no longer possible.

Data per CD/DVD/USB-Stick?

You have the opportunity to deliver the data per CD/DVD/USB-Stick. The address you'll find in the category about us. Sent CD/DVD/USB-Sticks cannot be shipped back or archived.

Are there special prices for resellers?

Yes, of course. Starting from a volume of 500.00 euros per month, declared industrial resellers / power customers receive a credit (from 01/01 until 12/31) vaild for one calendar year until that year's end. Are smaller papers and other conditions such as ZANDERS Gohrsmühle possible?

Yes, sure - you can inquire about individual requirements, papers and sizes here.

What about the print of special colors (HKS, Pantone)?

Of course printing with special colors like HKS and Pantone is possible. Please use the request form for your desired product.

Up to which edition can you print?

Larger requirements are possible for all printed materials. For special terms, ask here.

Can I also order other formats?

If you want other formats, use our request form.

Are there any payment options other than COD?

In addition to cash on delivery (COD), you can also make payments via direct debit authorisation. Further information can be obtained here.

How does advance payment work?

Upon completing your order, you'll receive our bank account information and your reference number. As soon as the payment is posted to our bank account, the product is produced and you'll get your printed products without paying cash on delivery. An advantage is cheaper shipping prices, as well as no delivery fee and the smooth adoption of neighbors or acquaintances.

Do you print with offset or digital printing?

All standard offset-printings will be produced on large offset printing presses.

Which file types can I send you?

A small overview about the print data requirements can be found in the print data section.

RGB - CMYK?

RGB = Red-Green-Blue  CMYK = cyan-magenta-yellow-black. For printing, we only need CMYK images. Therefore, create your graphics only in CMYK. RGB colors cannot be printed.

Why use bleeds?

When we cut your order, there must be tolerances due to heat and humidity. By creating bleeds, you can avoid an unwanted visible edge. (The background should be about 1 mm over the original size. Example: A6 final format 105 mm x 148 mm, draft format 107 mm x 150 mm)

Where it is folded?

The folding of A4 warp fold flyers will be set on the outside at 97 - 100 - 100 mm (title right), and the corresponding inside at 100 - 100 - 97 mm. These dimensions do not include bleeds! With a zigzag fold, all sides are equal (99 - 99 - 99 mm).

Why are hair lines not printable?

A laser printer prints hair lines based upon the grain size of the toner. With a much higher resolution (2400 dpi, for example) they are nearly impossible to see. Therefore, the lines must have a line width of at least 0.25 pt. Reclamations based on low line width (due to technical reasons) are not possible.

Which color gradient is best?

Please do not select a raster shade under 10%. Due to technical requirements, a proper print for such tone / gradient conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Paint application not more than 300%?

With a paint application higher than 300% (sum of the color channels C, M, Y, and K) there is too much paint on the paper and the color is no longer able to be absorbed. Negative possible effects include drooping print sheets (wet areas visible on the back side), or longer drying periods. Therefore, a rich black is not C100 M100 Y100 K100, but better defined as C50 M30 Y30 K100!
